Following a call for projects procedure in compliance with Ordinance No. 2017-562 of April 19, 2017 relating to the property of public persons, the Local Public Company LA CIOTAT SHIPYARDS, having its registered office at 46 quai François Mitterrand, 13600 La Ciotat, France concluded on March 27, 2019, a temporary occupancy agreement (TOA) with the company “MB 92 LA CIOTAT” whose registered office is at 46 quai François Mitterrand, 13600 La Ciotat, France. This TOA gives the latter the right to occupy a 200 m dry-dock and various related areas, representing a total surface area of approximately 38 000 m2, for the maintenance, repair and refit of large yachts. The 32-month TOA will take effect from January 1, 2020. Pursuant to the provisions of the TOA, the company “MB 92 LA CIOTAT” is committed to pay LCS a fee equal to 3% (three percent) of the turnover generated through the implementation of the Agreement, without a cap, with a indexed minimum guarantee of 1.2 million euros annually before tax.
