Students from the hotel school of La Ciotat visited on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 the yards. A rare opportunity for those 12 students who are intended for working in the restaurant and service industry to discover kitchens of superyachts in an exceptional environment. Welcomed by Jean-Yves Saussol, CEO of La Ciotat Shipyards and Nicolas Genelot, General Manager of Monaco Marine, the visit started with a presentation and a talk about jobs in the yachting industry. This was the opportunity to remind the common value with the hotel sector of high standards of service. Students were then welcomed by captains of five of the most beautiful yachts currently lied idle for a guided tour. Arrival time at 11:30am while chef are preparing lunch for the crew members and meeting with the team responsible for serving guests in charter. A time of sharing and discovery that has been enchanting the young students and their supervisors! We thank Monaco Marine and all captains for helping us reinforcing relationships between the town of La Ciotat and its yards.
